After watching your shows I have decided to make a trip across the boarder from my home in Northern Lower Michigan and fish some waters that you feature this summer/fall... Nice northern Jack! We eat them with the Y bones in and just take them out as we eat them. Delicious! You lose too much meat trying to get them out when you fillet them.
